Reuver, Netherlands
About
After leaving After Forever, Mark Jansen built Epica around Simone Simons' warm mezzo set against his death growls, a full choir and riffs that often border on death metal. Aspiral (2025) revived their long-running "A New Age Dawns" saga, dormant since Design Your Universe (2009), and extended it with three new chapters.
