About
Symphony X are the progressive band that never traded power for polish: Michael Romeo's shredding and orchestral arrangements are driven by Russell Allen, a heavyweight bellow few prog singers can match. Paradise Lost from 2007, with its darker, heavier riffing, shows that the technical flash was always serving songs with real weight.
