Norway Bio
In addition to Satyricon, Frost also serves as the rhythmic engine of 1349, where he channels a more unrestrained and aggressive style, maintaining the blistering speed and extremity that defined early Norwegian black metal. Beyond his main bands, he has contributed to projects such as Gorgoroth, Zyklon‑B, Gehenna, and Keep of Kalessin, and is widely regarded as one of the fastest and most technically proficient drummers in extreme metal.
