Bio

Reidar "Horgh" Horghagen is one of Norway's most formidable drummers, forging the rhythmic backbone of Immortal through some of the band's most celebrated chapters. Joining in the mid-1990s, his precise blast beats, relentless double bass, and commanding groove became essential to the epic power of albums such as *At the Heart of Winter*, *Damned in Black*, and *Sons of Northern Darkness*. Beyond the frozen realm of Blashyrkh, Horgh has lent his formidable talents to acts including Hypocrisy, earning widespread respect for his technical precision and unwavering consistency. Like the thunder beneath an Arctic storm, his drumming has driven Immortal's march across the frozen wastes for decades.
